Custom blinds and curtains are manufactured to order based on your specific requirements. Manufacturing lead times vary depending on product type, complexity, fabric availability, and current order volume. Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of order confirmation but are approximate and not guaranteed.
We will make reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates, but we shall not be liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to supplier delays, material shortages, labor disputes, transportation issues, or force majeure events. You will be notified of any significant delays as soon as reasonably practicable.
Where installation services are included in your order, we will arrange for qualified installers to fit your blinds or curtains at the agreed location. You are responsible for ensuring that the installation site is accessible, safe, and ready for installation on the scheduled date. This includes removing any obstacles, ensuring adequate lighting, and providing access to power outlets if required.
Installation appointments are scheduled in advance, and we will provide you with a time window for the installer's arrival. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours' notice to avoid potential rescheduling fees. We are not responsible for any damage to walls, ceilings, or other structures that may occur during installation if such damage results from pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or unsuitable mounting surfaces.
We stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship. All blinds and curtains manufactured by Vormyrexzel come with a warranty against manufacturing defects for a period specified at the time of purchase, typically ranging from 1 to 5 years depending on the product type. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use but does not cover:

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged during shipping, or does not match your approved specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for inspection and, if the claim is valid, will repair, replace, or refund the product at no additional cost to you.
